Bluechip is licensed by the Curacao eGaming Commission.

Excluded countries

BlueChip has obtained a license from the Curacao Gambling Commission. This document is proof of the site’s legality and gives it the right to organize gambling on the Internet, as well as to accept sports betting. The BlueChip license is valid in dozens of countries, except for forbidden territories that do not recognize the jurisdiction of Curacao. The list of such territories includes the Netherlands, Curacao, Australia, France, and the Netherlands West Indies.

If a complaint is received by the Gambling Commission that a company violates this requirement and provides its services to users from excluded countries, it will be dealt with in accordance with the established procedure. For such a violation, there are penalties of varying degrees, up to and including license suspension. But before filing a complaint, the user must make sure that the company does not operate under a second, related license.

Relinquishment of brand ownership

Licensed brands are not owned by the Curacao Gaming Commission. We are not a commercial entity and we do not make decisions that could influence the actions of the management of any particular brand. Due to the lack of direct connection with the activities of such companies, we cannot be held responsible for the decisions they make. Therefore, all consequences related to violations of legal requirements fall on the shoulders of the administration of the specific project.
