Methods of fighting fraud
To reduce instances of financial fraud and deception by unscrupulous users, we have implemented a number of mandatory rules and restrictions:
- No more than one account per user;
- Registration is for adult users only;
- Withdrawal of funds within the established limits;
- Withdrawal of funds to own e-wallets and bank cards only.
To secure your account and confirm your identity the user can go through verification procedure. To do that it’s necessary to confirm the phone number and e-mail address, specify personal data in the profile settings and send a photo of ID card for verification.
We cooperate with law enforcement authorities in every way we can and pass on information about offenders. If a user is suspected of fraud, his or her account will be blocked until the circumstances are clarified and the security service investigates.
